Presentation Guidelines

ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES (*AFTER ACCEPTANCE)

  1. Oral Presentation
    • Each oral presentation is allotted for a 7-minute presentation followed by a 3-minute Q&A, totaling 10 minutes per presenter.
    • The Topic Highlight Session and Fujimoto Prize Session will consist of a 10-12 minute lecture followed by a 3-5 minute Q&A, with a total presentation time of 15 minutes.
  2. Presentation File Format
    • File Format & Length: Monitor aspect ratio: 16:9 of your presentation slides
    • Use standard fonts such as Arial, Times New Roman
    • Images should be in JPG, GIF or BMP format
    • Video files should be in WMW, MPEG or AVI format
  3. Presentation File Submission(Preview Room)
    • Please bring your presentation files on an USB memory stick to the onsite preview room at least 2 hours before your scheduled session time.
      Location: 3rd floor lobby, Lotte Hotel World
      All presenters are required to have the presentations at the congress venue (Lotte Hotel World).

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES (*AFTER ACCEPTANCE)

  1. Poster Sessions Schedule
    • Session Date: The poster will be displayed throughout the session from April 2 to April 4.
      Although there is no formal presentation, poster presenters are required to be present on-site.
    • Place: Sapphire Ballroom A(B1)

      (Important) It is the responsibility of the presenting author to prepare the printed poster, post it on the allocated poster board on site and remove it afterward.

  2. Poster Form/Size
    • Your Poster: Width 800mm x Length 1200mm *Maximum size
    • Poster Board: 100cm (W) x 180cm (H)
  3. Poster Presentation
    • 1) Presentation should be formed as Background, Methods, Results and Conclusion.
    • 2) Case Report should be formed as Introduction, Case and Conclusion.
  4. Poster Set up & Removal
    • Presenters are responsible for both setting up and removing their posters according to the presentation schedule.
    • Any materials left on the poster board after each session will be removed and discarded.
    • We do not take any responsibility for anything left at the end of the Poster Session.
    • Adhesive tape will be provided.
